Executive Learning

Expert-led sessions that translate cutting-edge science into practical tools for modern professionals. Each masterclass turns complex ideas into clear insights, concise briefing materials, and actionable frameworks you can apply immediately in real-world decisions.

Clinical & Data Driven

Private assessments to identify key performance markers. In collaboration with MedBase and ETH, we use validated testing protocols to evaluate everything from VO₂max thresholds to sleep quality.

• Comprehensive biomarker testing
• Action plan aligned with your goal
• Expert follow-up and feedback

Strength & Coaching

Structured strength training in small groups (6–9 participants). Led by Swiss-acclaimed coach Javy Alvary, the program focuses on the three foundational lifts: squat, press, and deadlift.


Highlights:

• 6-week progressive series
• First 3 sessions as trial period (counts toward series if continued)
• Personalized training plans and close coaching
